Chief Industries Announces Grand Island Contract Carriers Name Change to Chief Carriers, Inc.
Chief Industries, Inc., announces that effective May 18, 2011, its subsidiary, Grand Island Contract Carriers, Inc., will officially become Chief Carriers, Inc., and its brokerage department will be known as Chief Logistics. Same company, same ownership, same management, and same commitment to total quality and service but with a new name that more closely identifies Chief Carriers with our family of companies. The name change will have no impact on the company's organizational structure or day-to-day operations, and DOT and Motor Carrier numbers will remain the same.
